What are you going to do 

  • Eingehende Rechnungen werden sorgfältig geprüft und auf Vollständigkeit sowie korrekte Angaben kontrolliert.
  • Termingerecht verbuchen sie alle Kreditorenrechnungen und behalten offene Posten zuverlässig im Blick.
  • Abweichungen klären sie eigenständig mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Lieferanten.
  • Monats und Jahresabschlüsse unterstützen sie durch die Bereitstellung verlässlicher Daten und vorbereitender Arbeiten.
  • Zahlungsfristen werden aktiv überwacht, Zahlungsläufe erstellt und ein effizientes Liquiditätsmanagement gewährleistet.
  • Optimierungspotenziale erkennen sie frühzeitig und bringen gezielte Verbesserungen in bestehende Abläufe ein.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Grundlagen der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kreditorenprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP System
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
