What are you going to do 

  • Mitwirkung bei der Termin- und Ablaufplanung technischer Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Planungsverantwortlichen
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Abstimmung von Projekt- und Fertigungsplänen entsprechend neuer Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Begehungen vor Ort sowie Erfassung relevanter Projekt- und Fertigungsstände
  • Mitarbeit bei der Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Projektfortschritten
  • Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Pflege von Planungs- und Dokumentationsunterlagen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Project (MSP) und projektbezogenen Planungstools
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Projekt-, Produktions- oder Fertigungsplanung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise erworben durch Ausbildung, Studium oder Berufserfahrung
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an technischen Projekten sowie an der Koordination von Planungsabläufen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
