What are you going to do

Fristgerecht und korrekt verbuchen Sie sämtliche im Rechnungswesen anfallenden Geschäftsvorfälle.
Mit Blick auf Effizienz treiben Sie die Optimierung buchhalterischer Abläufe voran und entwickeln pragmatische Verbesserungen.
In enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams und internationalen Schnittstellen gestalten Sie finanzielle Prozesse im Onlinehandel.
Regelmäßig erstellen sie Zahlungsläufe, steuern das Mahnwesen und gewährleisten ein effizientes Forderungsmanagement.
Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen unterstützen sie aktiv, kommunizieren mit Banken, Steuerberatern und Vertragspartnern und übernehmen die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie das statistische Meldewesen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erfahrung oder Interesse im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Praktische Kenntnisse in DATEV, idealerweise auch in HAUFE X360
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Gutes digitales Verständnis und moderne, proaktive Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
