What are you going to do 

We are reaching out on behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector, who is seeking a dedicated Job Performer - E&I to join our client's team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution of Electrical & Instrumentation activities on site, leading crews, coordinating daily work and maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
  • Allocates work to the workers on daily basis.
  • Supervises the work and ensures that productivity is maintained at high levels.
  • Defines and requests on daily basis equipment and materials necessary for the work.
  • Keeps records of the work, time sheet etc.
  • Calls for inspection when parts of the work are ready as per the quality control plan.
  • Guides and assists the workers technically.
  • Ensure that the work is performed at the required quality standards.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • High School or Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
  • Mandatory approval & existing account in ADNOC. Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction activities.
  • Familiarity with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and isolation procedures. Knowledge of ADNOC safety requirements.
  • Experience working in live operating plants is preferred.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
