What are you going to do 

  • Betreuung von IT-Systemen im operativen Umfeld (Werkstatt und Verwaltung) im Rahmen des Onsite Supports
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (z. B. Verkabelung, Bedarfsaufnahmen, Erweiterungen)
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Netzwerkkomponenten (z. B. VLANs, IT- und OT-Assets)
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Firewall-Anpassungen sowie Unterstützung bei Störungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Fernwartungslösungen
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten auf Standort- und Unternehmensebene
  • Integration und Betreuung von technischen Endgeräten im Produktionsumfeld (z. B. externe Systeme)
  • Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Schnittstellen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in der IT-Infrastruktur, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerkgrundlagen (passiv und aktiv) sowie IT-Systemen
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Firewalls, Remote-Zugängen oder vergleichbaren Technologien von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft zur praktischen Umsetzung vor Ort
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen im näheren Umfeld des Standorts
