What are you going to do 

Als IT Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers bij complexe ICT-problemen, zowel op het gebied van hardware als software. Jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's probleemloos kunnen werken, op verschillende locaties in Nederland. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht IT-team en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het soepel functioneren van de gehele organisatie.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers bij complexe ICT-problemen (hardware/software);
  • Zorgen dat elke werkplek over de juiste ICT-hardware beschikt en goed verbonden is met het netwerk;
  • Installeren en configureren van laptops, desktops, telefoons en werkplekinrichting;
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij interne verhuizingen van afdelingen of teams;
  • Proactief signaleren en oplossen van ICT- of netwerkproblemen;
  • Afhandelen van incidenten in het ticketregistratiesysteem;
  • Documenteren van procedures en opstellen van handleidingen;

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Onsite Support professional;
  • MBO 4-diploma in IT of vergelijkbaar;
  • Ervaring met Windows, Office 365, hardware beheer en Active Directory (AD);
  • Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk);
  • Rijbewijs B (verplicht);
  • Bereidheid om op meerdere locaties te werken standplaats Schiedam;
