What are you going to do

Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die IT‑Service‑Performance und Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Großkunden und behalten Qualität, Budget und Kundenzufriedenheit stets im Blick.
Gemeinsam mit dem Key Account Management entwickeln Sie passgenaue IT‑Service- und Projektstrategien und setzen diese nachhaltig in der Kundenorganisation um.
Als zentrale Steuerungsinstanz koordinieren Sie interne Teams, Lieferanten und externe Dienstleister und sorgen dafür, dass auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen tragfähige Lösungen entstehen.
Sie erkennen Potenziale frühzeitig, identifizieren neue Business Opportunities und entwickeln unser IT‑Service- und Projektportfolio kontinuierlich weiter.
Mit aussagekräftigen Management-Reports, KPI‑Analysen und einem klaren Blick auf Prozesse schaffen Sie Transparenz und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran.

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare IT-orientierte Ausbildung
Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im IT‑Service‑Management oder IT‑Projektmanagement mit Verantwortung für komplexe Kunden- und Vertragsstrukturen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetsteuerung, Vertragsmanagement und Eskalationsprozessen, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine ITIL‑v4‑Zertifizierung o.ä.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit
Ausgeprägte Leadership‑Skills, hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie eine souveräne, verhandlungssichere Kommunikation - auch auf C‑Level
