What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für die Planung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Softwareprojekte
  • Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams aus Entwicklung, IT und Fachbereichen
  • Definition von Projektzielen, Meilensteinen und Umsetzungsstrategien
  • Sicherstellung eines transparenten Projektfortschritts hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität
  • Koordination von Anforderungen und Prioritäten gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern
  • Identifikation und Management möglicher Projektrisiken
  • Moderation von Workshops, Abstimmungen und Entscheidungsrunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung moderner Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Management
  • Erstellung von Projektberichten und Management-Updates

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Software- oder IT-Projekten
  • Technisches Verständnis für moderne Softwareentwicklungsprozesse
  • Erfahrung in agilen Projektmethoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
  • Kenntnisse klassischer Projektmanagement-Methoden von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Anforderungen erfolgreich zusammenzuführen
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
