What are you going to do 

  • Funktion als zentrale Ansprechperson für ausgewählte Fachbereiche und Standorte zu allen strategischen IT‑Fragestellungen
  • Entwicklung von IT‑Roadmaps gemeinsam mit internen und externen IT‑Partnern auf Basis der Geschäftsstrategie
  • Identifikation, Priorisierung und Steuerung von IT‑Demands mit Fokus auf strategische Wirkung
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung digitaler Initiativen sowie aktive Platzierung des IT‑Serviceportfolios
  • Förderung agiler und cross‑funktionaler Arbeitsweisen einschließlich Moderation von Workshops und Einsatz moderner Methoden
  • Beobachtung technologischer Trends und Ableitung konkreter Innovationsimpulse für Organisation und Projekte

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit IT‑Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Erste Erfahrung im IT‑Business‑Relationship‑Management, Demand Management oder als Product Owner erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe sowie idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit OKR‑Frameworks wünschenswert
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Schiffbau, HR oder Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
