Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen engagierten IT-Consultant im Service-Bereich (w/m/d).

What are you going to do

Sie verantworten die Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Datennetzwerken (Ethernet) im Servicebereich
Zudem führen Sie Client-Installationen beim Kunden durch (WSS-basiert)
Dazu gehört die Anbindung von Clients an Backends verschiedener Hersteller, sowie die Anbindung von lokalen an externe Netzwerke
Sie analysieren und identifizieren Störungen und beheben diese vor Ort
Zudem Sind Sie technischer Ansprechpartner und richten zusätzliche Datenschnittstellen ein
Als Consultant beraten und konfigurieren Sie die Firewalls

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden technischen Bereich
Kenntnisse des Betriebssystems Linux sowie von Serversystemen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office 365, TCP/IP, UDP, Websocket, Firewalls
Idealerweise Kenntnisse von OCPP
