What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung und Unterstützung von Projekten im Umfeld IT, Organisation und Compliance
  • Koordination und Umsetzung compliance-relevanter Anforderungen innerhalb der Organisation
  • Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Stakeholdern, Management sowie externen Ansprechpartnern zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Unterstützung bei datenschutzrelevanten Themen und organisatorischen Anforderungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Systemlandschaften und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme, Technologien und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung interner und externer Ressourcen sowie Unterstützung im Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt, Techniker oder Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in organisationsnahen IT-Projekten, Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbaren Aufgaben erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher, ablauforientierter und idealerweise logistischer Geschäftsprozesse sind ein Must-Have
  • Erfahrung im Compliance-, Governance- oder Organisationsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im Stakeholdermanagement wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
