We’re hiring Intermediate Training Specialist for one of our Leading MNC in infrastructure to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

What are you going to do 

  • Position: Intermediate Training Specialist;
  • YOE: 4 to 6 Years;
  • Contract: Permanent Rôle;
  • Location: Bangalore.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • 4 – 6 Years of experience in Training (experience in eLearning, Instructional Design) (Mandate);
  • Class room training (good to have);
  • Excellent Communications Skills (Mandate) ;
  • Hands / Familiarly working with teams outside of India – Primarily those located in the US, Middle East, and/or Europe (Mandate);
  • Should have demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond (Mandate);
  • Hands on Manging Projects;
  • Open to work from office (Bangalore);
  • Individual Contributor Role;
  • This role will be supporting 70 % US Stakeholders, and 30 % India Team;
  • Good Attitude.
