What are you going to do 

  • Integration und Inbetriebnahme digitaler, hochfrequenter und leistungselektronischer Baugruppen
  • Abgleich und Test von HF‑Baugruppen bis 26 GHz
  • Prüfung von Leistungsmodulen bis 20 kW
  • Durchführung elektrischer Sicherheitsprüfungen gemäß VDE 0701 / 0702 sowie VDE 0100‑600
  • Aufbau und Durchführung von Einzel‑ und Dauerversuchen mit komplexen Versuchsaufbauten in der Digital‑ und Hochfrequenztechnik
  • Vorbereitung von Geräten und Systemen zur Untersuchung sowie Durchführung von Eingangsprüfungen
  • Erstellung mechanischer und elektrischer Fertigungshilfsdokumentationen und Initiierung notwendiger Änderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Prozess‑ und Ablaufoptimierungen
  • Identifikation und Lösung technischer Probleme während der Produktion
  • Bearbeitung von Aufträgen in SAP ERP und MES
  • Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP sowie Dokumentation von Kundenrücklieferungen im SAP‑Modul IMT

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme, Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion im Bereich der Analog-, Digital- und Hochfrequenztechnik erforderlich Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Messgeräten erforderlich Erfahrung in der Integration von komplexen Baugruppen und Systemen erforderlich
  • SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
