What are you going to do 

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an technischen Anlagen unter Einhaltung geltender Standards
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit durch präventive Instandhaltung, Umstell- und Justierarbeiten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung technischer Prozesse
  • Technische Betreuung von Produktions- und Pharmaanlagen, insbesondere im Bereich mechanischer Instandhaltung und Mediensysteme
  • Überwachung, Dokumentation und Meldung von Wartungsmaßnahmen, Abweichungen und technischen Sonderfällen gemäß GMP- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Auswahl und Bereitstellung von Ersatzteilen, Koordination erforderlicher Genehmigungen sowie Unterstützung eines sicheren und stabilen Produktionsablaufs

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. in Metalltechnik, Mechanik oder Mechatronik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in präventiver und korrektiver Instandhaltung sowie ausgeprägte technische Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtmodell
  • Erfahrung in einem regulierten industriellen Umfeld sowie Verständnis für hohe Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen von Vorteil
