What are you going to do 

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsprüfungen inklusive Erstellung von Prüfplänen sowie Definition von Prüfmerkmalen, Prüfmitteln, Intervallen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Sicherstellung effizienter und wirksamer Prüfprozesse
  • Analyse von Fehlerursachen und Identifikation von Schwachstellen mithilfe gängiger QM-Methoden
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Bewertung und Überwachung von Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen (u. a. Prüfprotokolle, Verfahrensanweisungen) im QM-System
  • Definition und Auswertung von Qualitätskennzahlen zur Steuerung und Überwachung von Prozess- und Produktqualität
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reportings
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Initiierung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit Produktion, Einkauf, Entwicklung und externen Partnern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau)
  • Praxiserfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Prüfplanung, Prozessanalyse oder Lieferantenmanagement wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in QM-Methoden wie Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis oder KVP von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
