What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung und konstruktive Auslegung komplexer Systeme zur Stromerzeugung sowie von Energiespeicherlösungen in mehreren Leistungsklassen (5 kW bis 200 kW) unter Verwendung von Creo, Windchill und SAP
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Konstruktionen auf Bauteil- und Baugruppenebene inklusive technischer Zeichnungen und zugehöriger Stücklisten
  • Konzeption und Konstruktion von Gehäusen und Schaltschränken für unterschiedliche Einsatzbedingungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Luftführungs- und Kühlkonzepten
  • Auslegung und Konstruktion von Trag- und Zwischenrahmen unter Berücksichtigung von Schwingungsentkopplung
  • Entwicklung ergänzender Konstruktionslösungen zur Integration und Anpassung verschiedener Komponenten wie Kupplungen, Kabeltrommeln oder ähnlicher Anbauteile
  • Konstruktion beweglicher Bauteile wie Klappen oder Türen inklusive Schutzkonzepten gegen Umwelteinflüsse (z. B. Abdichtung und Isolation)
  • Technische Abstimmung und Koordination mit externen Lieferanten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und beteiligten Fachbereichen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium des Maschinenbaus, Mechatronik o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Eine analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
  • tief gehende Kenntnisse im CAD-System PTC/Creo (Windchill) notwendig
  • Erfahrungen mit dem Umgang von ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse von Verbrennungsmotoren und elektrischen Maschinen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
