Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudeautomation (MSR-/GLT-Technik)
  • Planung, Ausschreibung und Umsetzung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten gemäß HOAI
  • Administration und technische Betreuung der Gebäudeleittechnik im städtischen Gebäudenetz
  • Koordination sowie Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenkontrolle externer Ingenieurbüros und Fachfirmen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Planungen, Berechnungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und technischer Standards
  • Mitwirkung bei Inbetriebnahmen sowie Durchführung technischer Abnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Behörden, Bauherren und weiteren Projektbeteiligten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Gebäudeautomation, Versorgungstechnik, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Kenntnisse in der Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT) sowie MSR-Technik
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Bussystemen und Fabrikaten wie Kieback & Peter, Siemens oder Samson
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI sowie Erfahrung in der Planung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
