What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung von strukturmechanischen FEM-Analysen auf System- und/oder Bauteilebene
  • Erstellung von Festigkeits- und Betriebsfestigkeitsnachweisen für metallische Werkstoffe sowie Verbundwerkstoffe
  • Berücksichtigung militärischer, luftfahrttechnischer und kommerzieller Standards (z. B. MIL-STD-810, MMPDS, EASA CS) unter Anleitung erfahrener Fachkräfte
  • Rechnerische Nachweisführung für Schweißnähte nach FKM oder EUROCODE
  • Durchführung von Schraubennachweisen nach VDI 2230, HSB etc.
  • Durchführung von FEM-Analysen von der frühen Konzeptvalidierung bis zur analytischen Nachweisführung im Entwicklungsprozess
  • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse sowie Erstellung technischer Berichte
  • Präsentation der Analyseergebnisse vor internen Schnittstellen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Ingenieurwesen, z. B. Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Strukturberechnung sowie analytische Nachweisführung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit FEM-Programmen, insbesondere ANSYS Mechanical
  • Grundlegende bis gute Kenntnisse in der stochastischen Dynamik (z. B. PSD-Analysen), Schockberechnungen sowie in dynamischen stochastischen Modellen (z. B. Wind- und Wellenlasten) wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
