What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung sicherheitstechnischer Konzepte und Vorgabe steuerungstechnischer Umsetzungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der mechanischen Konstruktion
  • Auseinandersetzung mit Normen und Vorschriften, Bewertung der Anforderungen und Entwicklung von Umsetzungskonzepten für Maschinen
  • Erstellung von Safety-Dokumenten als Leitfaden für die Konstruktion sowie Vorgaben für Maschinenabnahmen
  • Führung eines Teams aus Sicherheitstechnikern und Entwicklern für Sicherheitssoftware
  • Bewertung von Sicherheitsfunktionen und Analyse von Steuerungsabhängigkeiten in Schaltplänen
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsabnahmen und Validierung von Sicherheitsfunktionen im Team
  • Mitarbeit im deutschen Normungsgremium DIN

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik notwendig
  • Fundierte Kennnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Normen und Richtlinien zwingend
  • Erfahrungen in der Auslegung von Sicherheitsschaltungen erforderlich, idealerweise Kenntnisse im mechanischen Bereich
  • Toolkenntnisse in SISTEMA und SAFEXPERT von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
