Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und weitere Stakeholder bei Fragestellungen rund um das Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystem (ISMS)
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Vorgaben zur Informationssicherheit sowie Planung, Einführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien, Standards und Prozessen im Bereich Informationssicherheit
  • Beratung bei Sicherheitsvorfällen sowie Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und der Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Awareness- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen zur Förderung eines hohen Sicherheitsbewusstseins
  • Kommunikation relevanter Sicherheitsanforderungen, Ergebnisse und Änderungen innerhalb des Managementbereichs
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungs- und Compliance-Audits sowie Nachverfolgung daraus resultierender Maßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien mit Bezug zum Informationssicherheitsmanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung im KRITIS-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Energiebranche sowie im Umgang mit IT- und OT-Strukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung sicherheitsrelevanter Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Kenntnisse im Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen, idealerweise in komplexen Projektumgebungen
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Informationssicherheit sowie in relevanten Normen und Standards, insbesondere ISO/IEC 27001
  • Zertifizierungen wie ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM oder CISSP sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auch in dynamischen Projektumfeldern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
