What are you going to do 

  • Ganzheitliche Planung, Konzeption und Optimierung manueller sowie teilautomatisierter Fertigungs- und Montageabläufe
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und kontinuierliche Pflege von MTM-Analysen zur Ermittlung verlässlicher Vorgabezeiten, Taktzeiten und Kapazitätsbedarfe
  • Ergonomische Auslegung und Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen unter konsequenter Anwendung von MTM- und Lean-Prinzipien
  • Effiziente Austaktung von Fertigungs- und Montagelinien sowie systematische Identifikation und Behebung von Engpässen im Ablauf
  • Durchführung fundierter Soll-Ist-Analysen zur nachhaltigen Reduzierung von Rüst-, Durchlauf- und Bearbeitungszeiten
  • Enge Abstimmung und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungs- und Montagestrategien im Schnittstellenverbund mit Konstruktion, Qualitätssicherung, Instandhaltung und Produktion

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit fundierter Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungsplanung, der Zeitwirtschaft oder im Industrial Engineering eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
  • Nachweisbare MTM-Ausbildung, idealerweise als MTM-Practitioner beziehungsweise mit Zertifikaten in MTM-1, MTM-UAS oder MTM-MEK
  • Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse in der Lean Production, wie beispielsweise Wertstromanalyse, KVP oder REFA
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sowie praktische Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP PP und spezialisierten MTM-Softwarelösungen wie TiCon
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
