Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Funktionale Inbetriebnahme von Prüfständen zur Fahrzeug- und Ladesäulensimulation
  • Verkabelung und Anschluss von Komponenten im Signal-, AC- sowie DC-Hochvolt- und Hochstrombereich mithilfe vorgefertigter Kabelsätze
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hardwarekarten, Software und Treibern auf Steuerungs-PCs
  • Parametrierung und Initialisierung von Sensoren, Messgeräten und Kommunikationsschnittstellen (z. B. CAN-Bus, GPIB, Ethernet)
  • Durchführung von Funktions-, Schalt- und Messprüfungen an den Prüfständen
  • Analyse und Fehlersuche an elektrischen und elektronischen Baugruppen
  • Manuelle Vermessung einzelner Signal- und Leistungspfade an spannungsführenden Komponenten
  • Erstellung von Prüf- und Inbetriebnahmeprotokollen
  • Übergabe der Systeme an die Fachbereiche sowie Einweisung der Testingenieure
  • Unterstützung bei Optimierungen und Weiterentwicklungen der Prüfstandstechnik

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik (Bachelor/Master)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb oder in der Inbetriebnahme PC-gestützter Mess- und Prüfsysteme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Oszilloskop und Multimeter
  • Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungs- und Steuerungstechnik
  • Gute Fähigkeiten im Lesen und Verstehen von Stromlauf- und Schaltplänen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Analyse elektrischer Systeme
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Bereitschaft, Theorie und Praxis miteinander zu verbinden
  • Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit aus Prüfen, Programmieren, Messen, Löten, Montieren und Dokumentieren
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
