What are you going to do 

Als ICT Servicedesk Medewerker werk je samen met onze opdrachtgevers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van IT-problemen van interne gebruikers. Of het nu via de telefoon, chat of persoonlijke ontmoetingen aan jouw balie is, jij staat direct in contact met hen en weet met jouw expertise snel oplossingen te bieden of door te verwijzen naar de 2e lijn servicedesk.

Essential skills and knowledge

Wij zijn op zoek naar een specialist met een:

  • Een afgeronde IT mbo-4 opleiding en minimaal een jaar werk ervaring als IT Support Specialist of een hbo-propedeuse in een relevante richting met minimaal een half jaar werk ervaring.
  • Behulpzame en klantgerichte mindset.
  • goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

What we offer 

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een basissalaris vanaf € 2800,- tot € 3000,- o.b.v. 40 uur. Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.
  • Een OV-business kaart of lease auto.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, 8% vakantietoeslag.
  • Prima secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarde met o.a. kortingen op bedrijfsfitness en zorgverzekering.
