Introduction

Für ein Infrastrukturprojekt unseres Kunden in Hamburg suchen wir einen erfahrenen HSE Advisor mit Schwerpunkt auf Arbeiten in kontaminierten Bereichen. Die Position übernimmt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung aller HSE-Anforderungen auf der Baustelle und fungiert als verantwortliche Sicherheitsaufsicht gemäß TRGS 524. Deutschkenntnisse sowie die entsprechende Qualifikation sind zwingend erforderlich.

What are you going to do 

  • Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Sicherheitsaufsicht für Arbeiten in kontaminierten Bereichen gemäß TRGS 524.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz auf der Baustelle.
  • Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher HSE-relevanter Maßnahmen gemäß Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzplan.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem HSE-Koordinator des Auftraggebers sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten.
  • Durchführung von Sicherheitsbegehungen, Risikobewertungen und Beratung der Projektteams zu HSE-Themen.
  • Identifikation von Gefährdungen sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheitskultur.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Nachweisbare Qualifikation bzw. Zertifizierung gemäß TRGS 524 (zwingend erforderlich).
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HSE Advisor, Sicherheitsfachkraft oder Sicherheitsaufsicht, idealerweise im Bau- oder Infrastrukturumfeld.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Arbeitsschutz- und HSE-Vorschriften sowie deren praktischer Umsetzung auf Baustellen.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und Behörden.
  • Hohes Maß an Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
