Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Manage the long-term operation, maintenance, and performance of all building infrastructure and utility systems.
  • Ensure the long-term reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive development and maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure assets.
  • Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans.
  • Identify and propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of building assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
  • Oversee infrastructures operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities and infrastructure

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics
  • 10 years' experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years
  • Experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors / service/vendor personnel.
  • Building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).
  • Facility maintenance and asset management practices.
  • Health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Space planning and workplace management.
  • Project and contract management principles.

What we offer 

  • Salary:
    • Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance
  • Work Schedule:
    • 10 Hours / 6 Days
  • Duration:
    • 36 months (Renewable)
  • Location:
    • Qatar Onshore (Ras Laffan/Doha)
  • Leave Rotation:
    • 12 weeks on/ 02 weeks off
