What are you going to do 

  • Consolidation Of Financials - IFRS Compliance and Investment accounting.
  • Monthly, Quarterly & Review of Subsidiary Financials
  • Heading the Finance team in Managing overall finance function of the company and its Local subsidiaries and Supervision of Daily Finance Functions (GL,AP,AR, FA, Budgeting & Reporting)
  • GL and Chart Of Accounts maintenance for whole group
  • Participate together with External Auditors on Interim & Annual Audit and other audit functions with team.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor of commerce (Major in Finance)
  • Professional certification
  • CPA/CMA/ACCA
  • IFRS certification & Knowledge
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in finance with handling of complex group accounting and listed companies.
  • Experience in GCC Food, Agriculture and FMCG industries.
  • Oracle financials
  • MS Office
  • Consolidation module
  • Any one of the worldwide recognized Accounting & Finance certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
  • Certification in IFRS
  • Financial Analysis
  • Valuations & Fair Value
  • Ratio Analyss
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Work
  • Work under pressure
