Für ein spannendes Projekt im Bereich maritimer Infrastruktur suchen wir Sie als Projektmitarbeiter Genehmigungsmanagement / Baubegleitung Infrastrukturprojekte (m/w/d), um Genehmigungsprozesse, Umweltplanung und Baubegleitung aktiv zu unterstützen.

What are you going to do 

  • Unterstützung der Teilprojektleitung Installation Seekabel in der bauvorbereitenden Phase
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Nebenbestimmungsmanagement-Tools
  • Genehmigungsfachliche Begleitung der Ausführungsplanung
  • Ansprechpartner für genehmigungsrelevante Fragestellungen innerhalb des Projekts
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Behörden sowie Koordination entsprechender Termine
  • Unterstützung bei Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsformaten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Koordination behördlicher Genehmigungsprozesse bei Planänderungen
  • Unterstützung während der Bauphase im Bereich genehmigungsfachliche Baubegleitung
  • Koordinierung und Dokumentation des Nebenbestimmungsmanagements
  • Qualitätssicherung verpflichtender Dokumentationen und Berichte gegenüber Behörden
  • Steuerung und Begleitung der naturschutzfachlichen Baubegleitung (NFB)
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von NFB-Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Landschaftsplanung, Umweltwissenschaften, Raumplanung, Geografie oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ vergleichbare Qualifikation mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung im umweltplanerischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Genehmigung von Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise im maritimen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in der Baubegleitung, Umweltbaubegleitung oder Genehmigungskoordination von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie selbstständige Lösungsfindung
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
