Introduction

Brunel have partnered with a leading Tier 2 commercial builder to secure an experienced Foreman to join their Brisbane team. This business has a strong pipeline of high-quality refurbishment and new build projects, offering excellent exposure across a diverse project portfolio.

What are you going to do 

  • Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site

  • Driving programme adherence and short-term scheduling

  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance

  • Managing site logistics, sequencing, and day-to-day operations

  • Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Foreman within commercial construction

  • Strong background in both refurbishments and new builds (highly desirable)

  • Ability to manage trades and drive productivity on site

  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
