Introduction

Als Brunel Specialist Personal Finance op opdracht als Adviseur Wonen Verrassend Klantbeheer voer jij onderhoudsgesprekken op lopende hypotheken met klanten van de bank. Het is belangrijk hierin te kijken naar de gehele klantsituatie en samen te bepalen of de bestaande hypotheek nog passend is voor de klant.

What are you going to do 

De meest voorkomende werkzaamheden:

  • Klanten pro-actief benaderen nadat de klant via een brief eerder al in kennis is gesteld.
  • Bepalen of de uitleg in de brief helder is en samen met de klant de situatie bekijken en aanvullende wensen inventariseren.
  • Klanten informeren over hun lopende hypotheek.
  • Indien aanvullend advies nodig is plan je een afspraak in met de klant.
  • Correcte verslaglegging, rapportages opbouwen en het proces begeleiden.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Wat vragen we van jou:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • In bezit van Wft Basis, Wft Hypothecair Krediet en Wft Vermogen.
  • Werkervaring binnen het domein hypotheken is een pré.
  • Je bent klant- en servicegericht.
  • Analytisch sterk en resultaatgericht.
