What are you going to do
- Ihr Aufgabenspektrum beginnt mit der Unterstützung der Debitorenbuchhaltung.
- Sie sind außerdem zuständig für die buchhalterische Betreuung der Purchase-to-Pay Projekte.
- Sie unterstützen bei der laufenden Buchhaltung.
- Die Unterstützung bei Controlling Themen, insbesondre Kostenstellen Reporting gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Tätigkeiten.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung monatlicher- sowie Ad-hoc Reports.
- Sie betreuen die Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Ihre Tätigkeiten werden durch den Aufbau einer Balanced Scorecard abgerundet.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z.B. Schwerpunkt Finance & Accounting) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen (idealerweise MS Dynamics)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
