What are you going to do 

  • Planung und Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Montageabläufen unter Berücksichtigung von Betriebsmitteln, Zeitvorgaben sowie technischer Zeichnungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfplänen einschließlich Auswahl geeigneter Prüfmittel
  • Analyse bestehender Arbeitspläne hinsichtlich Effizienz- und Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Entwicklung neuer Prozess- und Arbeitsstrukturen
  • Erarbeitung technischer Verbesserungsvorschläge zur fertigungs- und montagegerechten Auslegung von Bauteilen
  • Unterstützung, Beratung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in technischen und prozessbezogenen Themenbereichen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder staatl. geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Oberflächenbeschcihtung, Fertigungstechnik Produkionstechnik, Industriemechanik, Galvanik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss erforderlich
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Oberflächentechnik oder Galvanisierung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse motwendig
