What are you going to do 

  • Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Software und Hardware in Kommunikationsmanagementsystemen der Deutschen Marine
  • Einrichtung, Anpassung und technische Betreuung komplexer IT- und Kommunikationssysteme im maritimen Umfeld
  • Analyse von Fehlern und Störungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung
  • Abstimmung technischer Themen mit Teamleitung, Projektleitung und Entwicklungsabteilung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen durch eigene Ideen und technische Verbesserungsvorschläge
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Prüfspezifikationen, Schnittstellenbeschreibungen und technischen Dokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Funktionstests und Systemprüfungen im Prüffeld
  • Durchführung von Funktionsnachweisen direkt beim Kunden an Bord
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Einsatzfähigkeit der Systeme im Rahmen von Tests, Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Projektanforderungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in Fachinformatik, Systemintegration, Systemadministration oder IT-Infrastruktur
  • Schnelle und sichere Erfassung komplexer technischer Systemzusammenhänge
  • Erfahrung in der IT-Integration komplexer Systeme wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in Linux, Windows-Server-Systemen und/oder Netzwerkprotokollen
  • Interesse an IT-Lifecycle-Management sowie an Virtualisierungs- und Automatisierungstechnologien, zum Beispiel VMware oder Ansible
  • Erfahrung mit der Deutschen Marine oder Marinekommunikationssystemen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, engagierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil und hohe technische Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze beim Kunden oder an Bord
