What are you going to do 

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
  • Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei technischen Problemen im 1st Level Support
  • Unterstützung von Benutzern bei IT-Anfragen und -Problemen
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten zur Systemoptimierung
  • Dokumentation von IT-Infrastrukturen und -Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Breites Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Betriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Benutzern und Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
