What are you going to do 

  • In Ihrer Tätigkeit als Sachbearbeiter Export koordinieren Sie die vollständige Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung internationaler Vorschriften.
  • Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die Erstellung und Prüfung sämtlicher exportrelevanter Dokumente sowie die Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen.
  • Sie sind tätig im Bereich der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen, Zollbehörden und externen Dienstleistern im In- und Ausland.
  • Ihre Aufgabe umfasst die Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Versandwegen und länderspezifischen Anforderungen.
  • Abschließend übernehmen Sie die Pflege der exportbezogenen Daten im ERP-System sowie die Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Exportprozesse.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Außenhandel, Industrie oder Logistik
  • Berufserfahrung in der Export- oder Versandabwicklung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1) in Wort und Schrift
