Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege eines ganzheitlichen Prozessmanagements
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Governance- und Prozessmanagement-Standards
  • Moderation von Workshops sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Migration von Prozessmanagement-Tools
  • Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Richtlinien und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Unterstützung bei regulatorischen und organisatorischen Anforderungen, insbesondere im Energie- und Infrastrukturumfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Prozessmanagement oder in vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeldern
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN)
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, idealerweise im Energie- oder Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Prozessmanagement-Tools wie BIC Platform, Signavio, ARIS oder ConSense
  • Erfahrung mit der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Migration von Prozessmanagement-Tools von Vorteil
