Als Embedded Software Tester (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Qualitätssicherung der Embedded Softwarelösungen unseres High-End-Kunden. Mit deinem Know-how gestaltest du moderne Teststrategien und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung - intern wie extern.

What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung und Validierung von Testkonzepten für Embedded Software in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam
  • Koordination und Unterstützung interner Kolleg*innen sowie externer Partner bei der Implementierung von Teststrategien
  • Konzeption und Durchführung automatisierter Systemtests, z. B. mittels Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL)
  • Einsatz aktueller Technologien und Methoden, um die Testabdeckung und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Systeme kontinuierlich zu verbessern
  • Aufbau und Integration neuer End-to-End-Testsysteme für innovative Produktlösungen in bestehende DevOps-Prozesse
  • Definition und Kommunikation von Qualitätsstandards für Testabläufe - sowohl intern als auch gegenüber Projektteams und Kunden
  • Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Testprozesse zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und transparenten Entwicklungszyklus

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, (Technische) Informatik, Mechatronik oder einer verwandten Richtung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Testkonzepten in der Embedded Software Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Funktionstests in der Embedded Software Entwicklung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
