What are you going to do 

  • Entwicklung von Steuerungs-, Antriebs- und Sicherheitskonzepten für Produktionsanlagen sowie deren vollständige Dokumentation
  • Erstellung elektrischer Konstruktionen für kundenspezifische Lösungen in EPLAN, einschließlich Stromlaufplänen, Stücklisten und Aufbauplänen
  • Projektbegleitende Unterstützung beim Aufbau und bei der Inbetriebnahme, inklusive technischer Abstimmungen mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Analyse, Fehlerdiagnose sowie Durchführung von Optimierungen und Retrofit-Maßnahmen an bestehenden Maschinen
  • Konzeptionserstellung, Kostenkalkulation sowie Ausarbeitung von Maschinendokumentationen einschließlich Risikobeurteilungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, z. B. als Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker (w/m/d)
  • Vertiefte Fachkenntnisse durch eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Automatisierungstechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EPLAN P8
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der funktionalen Sicherheit von Maschinensteuerungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Antriebstechnik sowie in der Projektierung, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen
