What are you going to do 

  • Planung und Disposition der Serviceeinsätze für das Serviceteam in Europa (perspektivisch auch Schweiz)
  • Technische Abstimmung mit dem Technical Support
  • Nachverfolgung von Serviceeinsätzen bis zur Übergabe an die Abrechnung
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung von Service-Tickets im Ticketsystem
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Servicebereichs (z. B. Visa, Arbeitsanmeldungen, Reisebuchungen und Berichte)
  • Ansprechpartner für Servicetechniker bei organisatorischen Themen
  • Abstimmung der Einsatzplanung mit internationalen Standorten (z. B. Taiwan, Singapur und USA)
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung von Service- und Installationsprojekten (perspektivisch)
  • Übernahme der Key-User-Rolle für SAP FSM (perspektivisch)

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP, idealerweise SAP FSM
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
