What are you going to do 

  • Verantwortung für Stammdatenmanagement sowie Pflege von Lieferanten- und Einkaufsdaten.
  • Durchführung der Bedarfsermittlung, Materialplanung und Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses.
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten sowie Überwachung von Kosten, Preisen und Lieferterminen.
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Sicherstellung der Lieferantenqualität und Unterstützung des Lieferantenmanagements.
  • Mitwirkung an Projektbeschaffungen, Obsoleszenzmanagement sowie Dokumentation und Archivierung relevanter Einkaufsunterlagen.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft oder Supply Chain.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in der Materialdisposition wünschenswert.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlen- und Datenaffinität.
