What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Beschaffung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen mit Schwerpunkt im Baugewerbe
  • Steuerung und Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Einkaufsprozessen
  • Einholen, Analysieren und Verhandeln von Angeboten
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Preisspiegeln
  • Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Ausarbeitung und Abschluss von Verträgen mit Nachunternehmern
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung strategischer Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Projektleitung und externen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung von Termintreue, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Beschaffungsquellen
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Baudienstleistungen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauwesen, insbesondere in Leistungsverzeichnissen (LV), Ausschreibungen und Vergabeprozessen

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
