Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern übernehmen Sie den strategischen Einkauf von Personaldienstleistungen und sorgen für eine effiziente sowie rechtssichere Beschaffung.

What are you going to do 

  • Einkauf von Personaldienstleistungen über verschiedene Vertragsmodelle, insbesondere Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, Contracting sowie Werk- und Dienstverträge
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsprozessen (RFQ)
  • Identifikation, Auswahl und Bewertung geeigneter Dienstleister
  • Verhandlung von Einzel- und Rahmenverträgen unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und rechtlicher Anforderungen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Bedarfsträgern sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich geeigneter Vertragsmodelle und Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten und effizienten Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Beteiligten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Personaldienstleistungen, dabei Erfahrung in Verhandlungen mit den Dienstleistern

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
