What are you going to do

- Erstellung und Betreuung von Anfragen, Bestellungen und Rahmenverträgen für Dienstleistungen über SAP- Marktsondierung und Ausschreibung von diversen Dienstleistungen
- Führung und Dokumentation von Verhandlungen mit Partnerfirmen- Ausarbeitung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Beschaffungsabläufen
- Aufbereitung von Verhandlungsthemen, Haftungsvereinbarungen o.ä. in Abstimmung mit dem Leiter Leistungseinkauf- Überwachung von Terminen, Bearbeitung von Mängelanzeigen und Nachträgen

Essential skills and knowledge

- Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau/-mann oder gleichwertige kfm. Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (Fachwirt oder Facheinkäufer) - Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie im SAP-MM Systems
- Analytisches Denken mit technischem Verständnis- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Verhandlungserfahrung.- Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
