What are you going to do 

  • Steuerung und Koordination von Instandsetzungs- und Produktionsaufträgen
  • Ermittlung von Instandsetzungsanforderungen sowie Planung und Freigabe von Aufträgen in SAP
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Material, Baugruppen, Betriebsmitteln und Dokumentationen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Materialdisposition sowie erforderlichen Zuarbeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Qualitätsabnahmen mit internen Fachbereichen und Kundenvertretern sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellenpartnern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Instandsetzungsdokumentationen, Reparaturberichten und Qualitätsmeldungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Disposition, Materialsteuerung, Produktionsplanung oder Instandsetzung erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Umfeld Produktion, Instandhaltung, Materialwirtschaft oder Maintenance & Repair sind ein Must-Have
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragssteuerung, Terminplanung und Dokumentation technischer Prozesse wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP, SAP DSP sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig
