Als Diagnose- und Monitoring-Experte (w/m/d) arbeiten Sie in einer hochmodernen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsumgebung und gestalten innovative Lösungsansätze für komplexe Lithografieanlagen. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Validierung und Weiterentwicklung von Diagnose- und Monitoringtechnologien innerhalb der Systeme.

What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung kreativer Diagnose- und Monitoringlösungen für hochkomplexe Lithographiesysteme
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen zur Definition optimaler Diagnose- und Monitoringstrategien
  • Verantwortung für die Leistungsfähigkeit der entwickelten Lösungen inklusive Bottom-Up‑Nachweisen
  • Erarbeitung von Diagnoseabläufen für funktionale Systembereiche und enge fachliche Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Modellentwicklung und Erstellung von Prädiktoren für Monitoringfunktionen
  • Definition der technischen Anforderungen für die softwareseitige Implementierung
  • Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen, interdisziplinären Team, das innovative Denkweisen und persönliche Impulse ausdrücklich begrüßt

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Master in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, z. B.Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Chemie;
    eine Promotion ist willkommen

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in Systemdiagnose oder Monitoring, bevorzugt in Bereichen wie:Luft‑ und Raumfahrt, Sensortechnik, Elektronik, Automotive‑Zulieferindustrie oder Mikrochip‑Technologie

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MATLAB oder Python

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse (B2)
