What are you going to do 

  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen, Arbeitsfolgen und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Betreuung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Vorrichtungen, Werkzeugen und Prüfmitteln
  • Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung von Montagelinien und Betriebsmitteln
  • Planung und Gestaltung ergonomischer sowie effizienter Arbeitsplätze
  • Umsetzung von Lean-Management-, KVP- und 5S-Maßnahmen
  • Optimierung von Materialfluss und Materialsteuerung gemeinsam mit Fertigungsplanung und Produktion
  • Unterstützung der Fertigung bei technischen Fragestellungen direkt im Shopfloor
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft und Kalibrierung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Eigenverantwortliche Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Werkzeugen, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in Fertigungsplanung, Produktionsoptimierung, Lean Management oder KVP
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit VisTable und/oder Microsoft Visio
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Kenntnisse in Power BI oder Python sind von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Siemens NX und Teamcenter
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, analytische Denkweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsteams
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Smart Factory
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnissen
