Voor de afdeling Component Engineering zijn wij op zoek naar een Deskundige Afsluiters die verantwoordelijk is voor de technische expertise rond afsluiters binnen een industriële installatieomgeving.In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met valves, afsluitersystemen en hun onderhoud.

What are you going to do 

Als Deskundige Afsluiters:

  • Ondersteun je onderhoudsactiviteiten met gespecialiseerde kennis van afsluiters en valvesystemen.
  • Werk je samen met operationele teams en behoud je een sterke voeling met de activiteiten op het terrein.
  • Analyseer je technische afwijkingen en storingen op afsluiters en bepaal je de impact op lange termijn.
  • Optimaliseer je onderhoudsplannen en onderhoudsdossiers voor afsluiters en gerelateerde componenten.
  • Stel je strategiedocumenten en onderhoudsstrategieën op voor kritische afsluitersystemen.
  • Monitor en analyseer je de performantie van afsluiters via component health reports.
  • Initieer en coördineer je verbeterprojecten en technische wijzigingen.
  • Onderzoek je nieuwe onderhoudstechnieken en introduceer je verbeteringen waar nodig.
  • Beheer je obsolescence-problemen binnen het afsluiterdomein.
  • Ondersteun je projecten bij de overdracht van nieuwe installaties naar onderhoudsorganisaties.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Technisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke mechanische kennis, bij voorkeur met focus op afsluiters, valves of pipingcomponenten.
  • Ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud in een industriële omgeving (energie, petrochemie, industrie…).
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om technische analyses en rapporteringen op te stellen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Interesse in betrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie van installaties.
