Introduction

On behalf of our client, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Contract Administrator to undertake a comprehensive review of existing Conduct & Compensation Agreements (CCAs). This will be contract requirement up to March 2027 based in the Brisbane CBD.

What are you going to do 

  • Review existing Conduct and Compensation Agreements (CCAs)
  • Identify contractual obligations, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Assess agreement compliance across Development, Drilling & Completions and Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract administration and obligation management
  • Highlight efficiencies and potential cost savings through improved agreement management
  • Support consistent application of contract terms and governance requirements

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Strong contract administration and document management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and review complex documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
  • Experience within resources, infrastructure or construction industries is desirable
  • Knowledge of land access agreements or commercial contract management
  • Understanding of governance, compliance and records management principles
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
