Für unseren Kunden, einen führenden Akteur im Defencebereich, suchen wir eine/n Consultant Zoll (w/m/d), der/die die Import- und Exportprozesse unseres Kunden optimiert und sicherstellt, dass alle rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen eingehalten werden. Diese spannende Position läuft ab sofort und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, einen wichtigen Beitrag in einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen zu leisten.

What are you going to do 

  • Importabwicklung: Überprüfung von Importdokumenten, Zollabwicklung im ATLAS-System, Berechnung von Einfuhrabgaben und Organisation des Wareneingangsprozesses.
  • Prüfen von Verboten und Beschränkungen: Analyse von Warentarifnummern, Prüfung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Abstimmung mit der Exportkontrolle.
  • Exportabwicklung: Erstellung von Exportdokumenten, Koordination von Transporten, Zollabwicklung sowie Archivierung gemäß gesetzlichen Anforderungen.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Fundierte operative oder strategische Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung (mindestens 3-5 Jahre).
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP S4 HANA, GTS und ATLAS.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz.
  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Luftfahrt.
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung
  • Teilzeitposition mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 20 Stunden.
