Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Bachelors degree with minimum 20 years experience in oil & gas industry;
  • Consultant shall identify the gaps / deficiencies within Company’s internal training resources (Technical and HSE); training system components, training methodologies, curriculum, frequency, adequacy of Company’s existing infrastructure and provide recommendations and best practice for training management strategies;
  • Consultant shall conduct RCA and review the Operations Departments internal training processes (Technical and HSE) and identify gaps, deficiencies, weaknesses in existing training processes and the Safety issues/procedures related to Operations and reasons for low competency outcomes of Operations staff and provide recommendations;
  • Conduct competency gap analysis for employees for refineries from the below job titles:
  • Operations: Field Operator, Control Room Operator and Controller;
  • Engineers;
  • Recommend methods/ways to improve/optimize the existing ULMS platform to track monitor competency gaps;
  • Develop Training Strategy to close existing training gaps based upon the above studies and incorporate industry best practices;
  • Monitor implementation and effectiveness of new Training Strategy.
