What are you going to do 

  • Eingabe und Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiten und Urlaubstage der Produktionsmitarbeiter.
  • Kommunikation mit Produktionsmeistern, Mitarbeitern und HR-Kollegen, einschließlich der Payroll-Abteilung.
  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Bearbeitung von Betriebsratsanhörungen.
  • Bescheinigungswesen und die Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Zeitwirtschaft.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP R/3 HCM-System.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, um effektiv zu kommunizieren.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
